Warranty/Refunds
Limited Warranty on Pickleball Paddles: All Churco Pickleball Paddles come with a 180-day limited warranty against factory defects only. Factory defects include: Face separation “not from impact against floor or other objects”, handle caving, loose or broken handle “not as a result of using your paddle as a cane or to avoid falling”. All paddles will be inspected prior to a replacement being sent. Please note there is no warranty on replacement paddles. The warranty doesn’t apply to: paddle abuse, negligence, improper use (such as hitting objects other than pickleballs), water damage, normal wear and tear and extreme temperature exposure (less than 10°C). Normal wear and tear is defined as: scuffs, chips, dents, fading of graphics, internal rattling, worn handle grip, edgeguard breakage or separation. To activate your Limited Warranty please click on the “Warranty Activation” tab at the top of the page and fill out the information. You have 30 days from date of purchase to activate your warranty. All items are shipped within 48hrs of cleared payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for shipment to arrive.
Website allows for Canadian shipping only to Saskatchewan, Quebec, Prince Edwards Island, Ontario, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, New Brunswick, Manitoba, British Columbia, and Alberta. If you require international shipment, please contact us for a quote. Customer will be responsible for all customs and duty fees on international orders.
Product must be returned within seven (7) days of receiving it and must be in new and unopened condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
We will refund payment within 7 business days of receiving the return product.
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
